Entretien
It lasted about five minutes. Manager asked me why I wanted to be a bridal stylist. That was about it. I was surprised by how easy it was. It was very conversational and quick. I was offered a job on the spot.
It was very straightforward - they looked over my resume and asked a few questions. It was just a few minutes long and largely entailed them going over the position and the schedule.

It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.
