Online application. After 2-3 weeks, I got phone call to setup an interview. I interviewed for Stylist. Was quite appalled to find out it only paid minimum wage. However, with the possibility for commission, I thought, "ok!". Questions were the normal questions. More conversation based, really, to see if you are a relatable person who can carry on a conversation. After the interview, I received a call a few days later to come and shadow...basically, follow a stylist for the afternoon to see if you like it. I did and was offered the job on the spot. I started within a few days.
