I just had to go in for a sewing test. I had to do a take in, sew in a zipper, and do a rolled hem. I didn't have to go through a formal interview.

The hiring manager just read off basic interview questions from a sheet, quite impersonal and unengaging. After I answered each of the questions, the hiring manager would tell me their answer, as if my answer was wrong? There was also a mandatory sewing test, but this was unnecessary as they didn't bother to contact me at all after.

Starting with test your sewing skill, and ask pretty easy questions, introducing the working environment , and ask for availability. Very nice and easy. Friendly and then you will be introduced to the front manager
