I applied online, where I filled out my work history and took a personality test. I was called about scheduling an interview 2 days later. During the interview, was asked one question and then the manager just talked about the role for the rest of the time.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to work for David's Bridal?
It was very straightforward - they looked over my resume and asked a few questions. It was just a few minutes long and largely entailed them going over the position and the schedule.

It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.
