Really friendly interviewer and quick process. For a first job to earn a bit of money, the process was not at all daunting and I felt welcomed to the team immediately.
Standard interview procedure, fairly informal. Questions included interests, as well as role-specific questions like IT skills, positive communication and problem-solving. 1-1 interview, wanted to know why you fit the role and what you would bring to the team.
