3 phone calls and a 3.5 hr in person technical followed by a ccat. It was very technical at first followed by a personality conversation with the team and then the director. After the long interview process you are given a CCAT test which is what is their primary focus and not what was discussed 3hrs prior, please do online practice test and focus on that. The people were very nice and friendly, very knowledgeable , but seems that corporate and HR drive this company more than the talent.
