The interview process went very well. The HR representative did a very good job. The one down side was that some interviewers were not quite prepared or understood the position they were hiring for.

Found job posted online. Verified with a friend at the company. Submitted resume online and through friend. Contacted by HR. Telephone screen. 2 weeks after initial contact. First round interviews. Two peers and hiring manager, all separate 1:1 interviews. One week later, second round interviews. Hiring manager, two direct reports. Maintained regular contact with HR, no action taken. Position now said to be "on hold, due to a reorganization."
