This ranks among the best interview processes I have ever been in. After applying online, a recruiter emailed me within hours with a list of possible times we could chat. After the screener, I chatted with the hiring manager over the phone before I was brought in to an on-site super interview with five different employees. The recruiting team were efficient and clear with their communication. Setting up interview times took less than 24 hours and feedback was also given almost immediately. The people I met were also extremely kind and the interviews felt more like a two-way conversation than a grilling with gotcha questions. They truly care about your fit within the company as well as your concerns. Every interviewer was also extremely prepared and I can't stress this enough... kind.

A fair and detailed process. I had multiple interviews which gave me a good opportunity to meet with different people across the business. The HR team were good at communicating, though at times a little slow to respond.

They give you a chance to reach out to your future teammates and to the extended team for context, knowledge and preparation.
Final step is territory plan over the next 30, 60 and 90 days.
Overall, fairly balanced hiring process.

Entretien
First, I met over the phone with a recruiter. Then, I met for a phone interview with the Director of the team the position was posted for. Next, I went into the office to interview in person with three individuals (30 minutes per person). I had a follow up phone interview with the same Director that I met with initially over the phone. Lastly, I met with an HR Manager over the phone. The whole process was very efficient and seamless. I was consistently communicated with by the recruiter (who was very nice!). I was instantly impressed with the company and continued to be throughout the whole process.
