Applied online and got an email back pretty quickly for a phone screen for that same week. The person interviewing was pretty friendly and gave a good overview with what they were looking for and the company. Scheduled an on-site for the following week and initially, I was excited to meet the team but ended up being turned off by one of the interviewers and didn't care for the role. Met with a few newly joined recruiters who were nice, as well as the VP of People but wrapped up with one of their Recruiting Manager who came in with a snobby attitude and seemed uninterested in the interview. Left the interview with a bad taste and thankfully had another job lined up.

Interview with Manager followed by interviews with additional team members. I had a follow up conversation with my manager when everything concluded to discuss next steps and potentially joining the organization.

As a Recruiter, I fully appreciate how seamless the entire team made my interview process. I flew in on a Thursday but due to a baggage claim issue, I wasn't able to make my in-person interview on time. Not a problem. The entire team was adaptable and stayed an extra hour to meet me. After my in person interviews, I had phone interviews with a few hiring managers I'd be partnering with and all of that was followed by a call from the CSO, Peter. Way to make a girl feel special! Everything was clearly communicated, I never questioned where I stood with the company, and the team fit was absolutely incredible. I'm so happy to join a team that treats candidates like people.
