I applied it online and the process is fairly quick. I guessed thats related to my another offer has been granted so they want to move it quick. Overall process is quite long. 1. HR/recruiter - nothing special just a 20-30 mins chat to see if you're generally fit 2. Hiring manager - another 30 mins of chat, know more about the company and personally I don't remember i got any behavioural Qs in the round 3. hackerrank test - 100 mins 3 Qs, pretty easy. 1 SQL/ 1 Bash/ 1 Datadog agent 4. cultural interview - onsite 30 mins. basically deep dive into your previous experience & projects. Some general behavioural questions 5 Pair troubleshooting - 1 hour. I was being told that they will provide me some links & docs to read though before the interview starts but literally they forgot about it and sent me those when I asked them once they joined the meeting which make me look like no preparation at all. I just knew I failed this part as soon as it finished cause this is the most intense part of the whole process and they just leave me with no cules to follow. 5. Director interview - it should be a 30 mins final chat with the director. Overall the interview is on average, requires some knowledge of their products and I think the pair troubleshooting part decides everything so get yourself ready for their agent and hopefully you get the links as they said, BEFORE the interview.
