It took over a month. A recruiter first reached out, looked over the resume and qualifications. Then recommended to the Team. Interviewed on different days with different people at different weeks. Given a technical assessment to complete. A final presentation at the end. Everyone of them are so nice!

submitting my cv and really quickly got a response from HR, with a great smile. everything went really smooth and communication was AMAZING.
got a great feedback in my entire process. even when i was rejected the interview coordinator schedule a meeting with me in order to have a feedback.

Não passei acredito que por ter pouco conhecimento de observabilidade, apesar de conhecer relativamente bem cloud.

Recruiter and Hiring manager rounds were great.
I gave my technical round 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back. There were 2 Senior TAM's who took my interview. The first one was very nice, but the second one just ruined the mood completely. She did not smile at all, seemed liked she hated her job, didn't care to go through my resume to see what I'm experienced in, and asked me questions that were not part of my experience. When I told her about this, she didn't seem to care and continued asking. And when I asked her if this topic is part of your job requirement, she didn't give a direct answer. It did feel like she's not at all interested and was finding reasons to not hire me.
