TERRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. WORST INTERVIEW EVER. DO NOT APPLY. Recruiter was unprofessional and wasted my time. This position is based in Singapore. Since I am not Singaporean, I need sponsorship for the Employment Pass (EP). There was a new directive from Singapore's MOM on the EP application which means that it will be more difficult for companies to hire non-Singaporeans with the much higher base salary. This news came out on 27 Aug. I was contacted by the Recruiter on 31 Aug. Throughout the process, I was NEVER asked (including online application) if I need sponsorship for work visa. During the interview, Recruiter asked me about this not at the beginning of the interview but in the MIDDLE of the interview. Imagine spending so MUCH time researching & preparing yourself for this interview only to be told that the company cannot sponsor any EP at the moment DURING THE INTERVIEW itself? I would have saved so much of my time focusing on other applications if this was asked in advance by the Recruiter. I wasted so MUCH of my time for this interview.

Extremely fast process, each step followed up by the recruiter asking for feedback & providing next steps. The most streamlined and efficient interviewing process I’ve had yet so far. Each step provided more clarity and expectation setting to the role.
