J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez DataRobot (Tysons Corner, VA) en juin 2021
Entretien
Vice President asked me my race and if I have kids. I answered honestly and then never heard back. Suspicious.
They are not a start up - they need proper HR and don't have it.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez DataRobot (Detroit, MI) en nov. 2019
Entretien
Process took months. I was contacted directly by a recruiter via LinkedIn. Then went through several (6 to be exact) interviews with executive level members in various department. The final round was a one hour presentation delivered to a large team of stakeholders. I felt the process was going very well the entire time. It took far longer than I anticipated, and a couple of interviewers showed up late, but the conversations were great, people seemed exceptionally impressed with my background, and I was even told my the hiring SVP "I'm sold. Do you have any other interviews I need to be concerned about?". After the final presentation I was told I'd hear back the next week. I heard nothing. It was around the holidays, so I reached out to the recruiter for status immediately after the holiday and was told they were still wrapping a couple of things up and I should hear from him in the next day. Nothing. Then a week later, I received an email that they went another direction. I was surprised (shocked, really), so replied asking for any feedback to understand what I could have done better. I never received a response.
In hindsight, I think this was for the best. I was surprised at the archaic approach of the department for such an innovative and forward thinking software company.
