I don’t think it’s worth your time, as it seems that DataMilk isn’t really looking to hire. Interviewers are very nice. The process is smooth and positive, until the point when they are writing you, that you’ve successfully passed all the interviews, but they won't hire you, without indicating any apparent reason.
