Was selected in a college job fair. There were group of 4 members on the interview panel. The questions were pretty basic like sort algorithm, database concepts such as Primary Key, Referential Integrity.

Conducted over skype with two representatives from the company. Quite superficial and short, didn't feel like I got good insight into what work I'd be doing, or the company culture. Did not get any tests or technical questions (for a developer position).
