Applied through the DS website, received an email from the hiring manager a few weeks later requesting a phone interview. Phone interview mainly asked about previous background and experience with DS software as well as some technical questions. Next stage was in-person interview at DS site. Was asked to deliver a 40 min presentation on previous work and simulation projects. Presentation was attended by 4-6 senior simulation engineers. They asked questions about my work, nothing too difficult. Then had lunch with the hiring manager, he was very nice. Final stage was HR interview on the same day as technical interview. HR questions were mainly behavioral such as describe a situation where ... etc. etc. Received an offer a few weeks later.

The interview process was very thorough. Met first with HR recruiter, then one hour with the hiring manager, then an on-site interview with a panel where I did a 45 min presentation on a specific topic. Then met with a VP before departing. I received an offer the next day.

Technical interview involved some puzzles relevant to the job. There was also a set of brain teaser type of questions, where you're expected to answer as many of them as possible in a given time.
