Applied through LinkedIn ad for US-based remote role. There was only one interview 30 minutes in length. I was told going into the interview that they had selected my resume and it looked good and that I was the only candidate being interviewed. Interview was with 5 member panel, a few technical questions, a question about how would i design a REST API. Most of the interview was talking about my past experience. Technical questions very easy.
Developer assessment involving the development of a simple application to evaluate coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and software design practices.
Face-to-face interview to discuss technical experience, project background, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.

Discussion of applications you have previously developed and your role in those projects.
Most of the interview focused on the application developed during the assessment, covering design decisions, implementation approach, challenges faced, and potential improvements
Interview process in C++ typically includes resume screening, technical tests, coding rounds, problem solving, data structures, algorithms, system design basics, followed by HR discussion evaluating communication, experience, and cultural fit.

Ça prend +\- 1 mois.
Il faut être bien préparer, j’ai eu des échanges très intéressants la durée moyenne des entretiens est d’une heure en général.
