Applied to the role on the Dassault Systems' career page with a referral from my school and got the interview a month later. For the onsite interview, I met with 3 people from the team. They asked about the details from the resume and introduced the projects I would work on. It went smoothly and no difficult questions. I got the offer a week later because they were urgent to find a replacement of the previous intern.

Entretien
Une entretien de 1h avec le tuteur et un second avec la RH. Concernant celui avec le tuteur, c’est une présentation suivi d’un échange assez informel où l’on apprend à se connaître. Évidemment, il y’a 3-4 questions techniques mais rien de bien compliqué. Concernant celui RH, il demande un feedback sur l’entretien effectué avec le tuteur et encore un échange sur la personnalité, ce qui nous attire sur ce poste, des questions plus administratives ( ecole, rythme).

Entretien
Le processus d'embauche passe par 2 étapes, un entretien technique avec le tuteur de stage, suivi par un entretien RH, des entretiens coriaces avec beaucoup de questions, mais très agréables tout de même.
Leurs réponses et feedback ont été très rapidees.
Had 2 interviews, first was based on my resume and asked technical skills. It was on skype and went for an hour. Second interview was with hiring manager and asked questions mostly based on cultural fit
