Starts with what is your degree background, what projects you did, what do you know about this company, do you want to move to specific location for working with Quintiq, and so on. And there is also technical test that is the last process of the recruitment to decide whether an applicant can be accepted or not.

Entretien
Consists of 1 round test, 1 round interview with HR and 1 round with superior.
The test is basically contains some questions on mathematics, logical thinking and processing elements. If you pass the test, then you will be called for second round interview with HR personnel. If things go smoothly, you will be given assignment or task to be completed. You will have to present the outcome to the superior during the last round on interview session.

Entretien
This is one of the best interview I have been to. The interviewers were friendly and I enjoyed the conversation with them.
The interview is split into two stages. During the first stage, they asked some typical hr questions such as tell me about yourself and etc. To go to the next stage(technical interview), I need to pass the first one. I was given a case study around 1 week beforehand to prepare at home. It was used in the technical interview.
