The interview process was very pleasant. The two people that I interviewed with were the CMO, and the COO of the company. They we very nice, and they communicated with me as if I were a colleague already, not as an subordinate figure. They explained both the company, and my potential positions and duties very thoroughly. I felt less like an interview, and more like a friendly conversation with like-minded individuals. I enjoyed this interview very much.
