Entretien
4 interviews. First with external Recruiter, then twice with HR Manager, then COO.
External Recruiter wants to screen if you might be a good fit. General questions about experience and knowledge.
Very nice first interview with HR: no technical questions, just getting to know each other and the company. Time to ask questions.
Second interview is technical. Many scenario-based questions on project management, i.e., how would you react to a given situation.
Third interview was with the COO. Some background questions, but more on the personal-fit side.

Very transparent interview process no beating around the bush about benefits pay etc.
4ish interviews, initial interview, technical interview, one with the team, and final interview.
They make sure it’s a good fit for you and not just a good fit for them.

The interview process was transparent, communicative and relaxed. Val was incredibly personable and set expectations from the beginning. Although I was not offered a position, I appreciated the level of respect and kindness all interviewers treated me with.
