Two in person interviews. Everything felt really good. I got a lot of great feedback and it felt like a very positive experience on both sides. I followed up a couple times after my second interview and never heard back. I completely understand when another candidate just rises to the top of the stack in these processes, but completely ghosting a candidate you seem to be invested in is truly unfortunate.
