Great people, however they are not transparent about the actual work environment which is a call center with high KPIs . I asked two separate hiring managers what a typical day looks like and neither one of them disclosed that the actual job consists of 8 hour shifts on the phone cold calling people with an hour lunch break.

The interview process was based on a phone screening and interviewing with two managers who looked very unprepared for the interview. When you asked more about the position they brought up that more than a health coach position this is a "call center position". You would be spending all day reaching out to members to engage them in the program. If I knew about it I wouldn't have spent my time interviewing.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez DarioHealth (Chicago, IL) en mars 2022

I was interviewed 4 times over a couple of months. Then I never heard back about the position. I felt like they totally wasted my time. I was overqualified for the position. On the 4th interview, I was told the pay was $20/hr for the position they were considering me for. I think they got my vibe and ghosted me based on my astonishment to the low pay rate.

Question 1
It was basic questions and coaching role-play. I was confused by the 3rd interview with HR. She was asking me about my resume and it seemed odd at that point in the process. I was expecting to get info regarding compensation and benefits, but nope.
