Scheduled a phone interview, but then meant to send me a virtual invite and they forgot. I felt as if I was denied the position because of their mistake. Very unorganized process!

Sit in conference room with supervisor, they ask questions and describe the position and you ask question. Standard thing. They gave me specifics question about handling pressure, my qualifications, what I wanted, my aspirations.
