The interview was conducted by the hiring manager and his manager. They were both friendly and candid. They gave an overview of the IT department and the group I was interviewing for before we got to the specifics. They were actually looking for more of an Application Analyst than a Business Analyst, so I was not a good fit for the position. The entire interview took about 45 minutes.
