Process très qualitatif, avec une team à l'écoute des besoins et des attentes. Bonne dynamique et contact qui donne envie d'approfondir. Recruteur aux petits soins qui appelle après chaque phase pour avoir un debrief et un ressenti

Processus (5 à 6 entretiens dont un technique) rallongé pendant les vacances d'été. Recruteur disponible et à l'écoute. Interviews intéressantes (il a d'avantage s'agit d'échanges et de discussions que d'entretiens formels).

Entretien
One skype interview then on site test consisting of some questions and a practical quick test.
The skype was a lot of small talk and getting to know + background questions followed by on site interview of 2h test, 1h multiple answers 1h reproducing a page. Quizz was pretty easy I just warmed up a bit online with the average questions you can find. I'm not allowed to say what was the reproducing page test though. I wouldn't recommend much to go for this company afterwards.
