I was called by an initial recruiter who then forwarded me to a hiring manager at a later date. At that point everything went blank. I can accept if I am not selected for a position but it is unprofessional to not notify someone that they were not selected to move forward until 7 weeks later; albeit through a software generated form letter.

Very lengthy process but simple interviews. 5 stages of interview. 4 remote and 5th onsite. The questions were mostly based on basics of project management and past experiences. No technical questions. Some interviewers asked behavior based questions.

Ho sostenuto un primo colloquio alla Daikin e l'ambiente è davvero confortevole e positivo. Appena entrato mi hanno messo subito a mio agio così da farmi vivere il colloquio come una semplice chiacchierata. Le battute tra di loro hanno alleggerito ancor più l'atmosfera

It was a lot of interviews with my director manager, my coworkers (who is a senior product manager), and my VP of the department. They scheduled each interviews quickly and they were super casually.
