Initial call with HR for screening, second call with hiring manager, third and final round with panel. Situational questions provided beforehand for panel interview which I appreciated having the ability to give it some thought and come up with specific examples from past experiences. Process moved smoothly and quickly and team was transparent throughout

The Interview Process at Daiichi Sankyo was seamless & streamlined. I have never had such a positive and transparent experience!
From the 1st conversation with the Senior Recruiter, Interview with the Hiring Manager, and the Panel Interview I felt comfortable and confident in the Process. I wasn't in the dark about anything and also did not feel unprepared or caught off guard at any time in the Process. Each Interview was organized, thoughtful, and insightful.
I was able to walk-away from each engagement having some idea of the culture of the Company and excited to learn more! They took the time to understand me, not just my professional background & experience but also my personality.
I would strongly encourage and recommend other Organizations/Companies take notes and follow suit on how Daiichi Sankyo structures and conducts their fabulous Interview Process.
