Went to an open house/ job fair event at local clinic where we were seated in a room with snacks and called 1 or 2 at a time to talk to various members in administration. I think they were going by order of arrival at first and then we did some switching around to talk to others. I wasn't sure if there was a particular method here or not. At any rate, it was fairly laid back and casual. An interview that didn't really feel like an interview. Now I have to wait to hear back from them.

I met with a phone recruiter (screener) first, who took some time to find out a little more about me and my values and experiences. They also went over what they are looking for (job description) and also talked about aspects of the job such as hours and days. I passed the phone screening and went on to have an interview with the Facility Manager at Davita for the facility I applied to two days later. The overall process was quick and went smoothly.

Interviewed ask about self, scenarios when a situation happened, there’s a second interview if considered for the position. 13 hour days start pay 39 with the last 4 hours overtime.
