I applied online through my college and received notification from DaVita that I had been chosen for a first round interview. For the first round, I had an on campus interview with behavioral and case (about dialysis). For the second round, it was a full super day with 4-40 minute interviews, three behavioral and one case (about integrated care). There was a tour of the headquarters in Denver in the morning, followed by a tour of a dialysis clinic in a Denver suburb. The afternoon was a quick lunch followed by four back to back to back to back interviews with various senior and junior employees.
