a phone call and a video interview with 2 people over Webex. It went well but they did not proceed with me. they asked all behavioral questions and some technical questions.

Tell me about a time you had to compromise to work out a disagreement . Describe a difficult challenge and what steps you took to overcome it?
Interviewed with Davita. Had a 15 minute conversation, and told I was moved to the next round and I should follow up via text or phone call. I never heard back.

Process is too long they will alot time between each round. recruiter contacted me for initial screening call over phone, then i had 3 rounds of panel discussions and team meetings.
