Initial phone screening (very basic questions), in-person interview (asked only 3-4 questions...again fairly general)...after initial in-person interview (on same day) shown what goes on in clinic and tour of facility.

Do you have experience in dialysis? Or have you ever known anyone on dialysis? How would you assist someone, who has no formal education (cannot read/write), understand dialysis? How does your past experience align with this position?
