This was perhaps the most inefficient and wasteful interview process I've been a part of. After 3 phone screens, I was asked to travel to their "panel interview" day out of state. I went through 2 hours of panel interviews and gave a 45 minute presentation on a previous project I was part of, which took several days to prepare for. I initially received very good feedback about my interview and background. Following that, I went through 2 more interviews, only for them to finally get back to me and tell me that I didn't have the background they were looking for- a complete contradiction from what they initially told me. There was very little time to ask any questions in any of the interviews. You can learn a lot from a company in terms of how they manage and treat people by how they conduct their hiring processes, and this company seems as if it cannot make decisions in an agile way, nor does it respect people's time or talents.

Recruiters explained process well. Behavioral interview, case interview, then case presentation. There was about a week at each phase and main recruiter was helpful. I completed the behavioral virtually then did a meet and greet on site with leaders
Case study presentation, then panel behavioral interview. Difficulty level varies, cultural fit and business acumen very high in priorities. Overall difficult interview with several questions specific to a hypothetical situation and not a lot of context.

Multiple rounds of interviews, it’s clear the company has a very specific culture… the process seems to seek folks that are fully inline with that culture vs patient care. Some really smart empathetic people, but I never bought into the culture fit, it didn’t feel genuine to be frank.
