The interview process is normal but prior to the actual interview a recruiter calls you. The recruiter named Shani is great!đ very pleasant, good sense of humor, very inviting. I enjoyed talking to the recruiter she made me feel welcomed and was knowledgeable and professional.

My interview process included a panel interview and a 1-1 interview with the clinic directors from different davita locations. It was an easy interview and they're always hiring. They asked very simple questions like why I wanted to work in dialysis.
It was great and easy to talk about, questions about what would you do and how would you handle this situation. Let them get to know you as well, come prepared and presentable!
