Applied for position received a call from the recruiter the next day. After that I was scheduled to meet with the FA at the clinic. Interview went well but someone else was offered the position. But received a call after that to schedule a shadow day between 6/8-6/12. Never received a call. When I called to follow up. I was told we will call you Monday. Monday came and never received a call. I called they told me that they would call to schedule a shadow day first thing Tuesday morning. Did not receive a call, I called then was told to call back at 12:30pm. I did and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Then I called later was placed on hold for 5 minutes to be told that the RN is on vacation and that they would call me back when she returns the next day. Anyway, I called my recruiter and she told me that the position has been filled in May.

I met with a phone recruiter (screener) first, who took some time to find out a little more about me and my values and experiences. They also went over what they are looking for (job description) and also talked about aspects of the job such as hours and days. I passed the phone screening and went on to have an interview with the Facility Manager at Davita for the facility I applied to two days later. The overall process was quick and went smoothly.
