Interviewer was about 15 minutes late for the interview. Felt impersonal and doomed from the start. Interview was with two people - one was nice and the other had a smug almost condescending attitude. Abruptly ended the interview on me. Unprofessional.

Working with Shani was a wonderful experience. She is very kind and supportive and represents DaVita very well. Her support helped make the process much easier. Shani has been the best recruiters I’ve ever worked with and I am grateful for the experience.
My interview process included a panel interview and a 1-1 interview with the clinic directors from different davita locations. It was an easy interview and they're always hiring. They asked very simple questions like why I wanted to work in dialysis.
