I was interviewed by two managers at one time. They asked questions about customer satisfaction and how would I handle a difficult situation with a patient. After I completed the interview I was scheduled for a shadow day on the floor to see if I could handle the job atmosphere.

Great! Straightforward, all responsibilities were discussed in interview . Seen the day to day task with shadowing, met the staff and was told what was expected of me as a PCT.

The interview process was straightforward and was a two-step process. There was an initial interview and a follow-up interview. You work with recruiter through the process and they keep you informed about what's going on with the process.

Very quick and on the phone. Easy access to there online proceed once hired. Many locations to choose from . Also classroom and on site training. Easy getting background check and drug screen
