One of their recruiters emailed me to set up a phone screening. I let them know when I was available and they sent a WebEx invite. When the time came, I joined the meeting and the recruiter didn't show. I waited 20 minutes, then sent him an email, which he didn't respond to. I don't expect much from recruiters since they all seem to be shady, lying, scumbags, but this was a new low.

Three stages: Personality, and two case studies (one from your professional experience and the other a case study they provide you). The case studies are presented to panels, and the personality interviews are with different teammates of different titles.

Describe a difficult/uncomfortable situation you've encountered in your career and how you overcame it
Took about 5 rounds of interviews, including 2 in person. Everyone was incredibly kind but it was quite a stressful process. There was a mix of behavioral interviews as well as case questions.

Entretien
first round is behavioral & administrative questions with an HR or the hiring manager, then the second round was an Excel assessment that test your general ability to conduct data analysis in Excel, using pivot table, vlookup, etc.
