there are 4 steps. recruiter calls, interview with F.A, go to meet with a peer, and then a final interview with another administrator. the interview was as expected nothing too difficult. It seems to be a good company to work for they didn't sugar coat anything were as accurate as possible except the employee was a bit negative about the position

It was good. There are 3 panelists who asked about behavioral questions. Also they explained a day in the life of a dialysis acute RN what to do during training, all the perks . And told me about the exam that will require to pass after training.Very Straight forward .

Acute RN- 3 phone interviews. Very casual and easy going. First recruiter, then Facility Admin, and possibly director. Brief and not longer than 10 minutes. Questions about your experience. How many years, if you’re ok with not knowing an exact time you’ll be going home from shift since hours vary depending on patient load.
