I applied on line and received an e-mail requesting times to schedule a phone interview. Got the phone interview and thought it went really well, have not heard back from them. I tried contacting the person who I had the phone interview with but no responses.

Entretien
Easy and comfortable interview process. There was a panel of three people, and most questions asked were behavioral. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Overall non-intimidating process for a new grad rn.

Know the core values SITCAFF. Multiple Facility admins and clinical care team leads in the interview. Know the scope of practice of a hemodialysis RN. They want people who want to be there.

Entretien
The interview was quiet easy. It focuses on behavioral questions on how you handle situations especially at work. They wanted to know how familiar are you with certain procedures. It is helpful if you have wide range of experience in dialysis since you could present yourself easily and worry on 'technical' questions.
