Recruiter phone interview was great. However, I had previously taken an online assessment, kind of a personality test? I did not score as a match for the job. I felt like I was close to getting to the next leaves of the interview process. I notified the recruiter about the test results. I asked her to check to see if I could retake it or if I could maybe get a waiver to continue. She followed up with me and said we can’t move forward at this time. I must wait (I think a year?) to retest.

I met with a phone recruiter (screener) first, who took some time to find out a little more about me and my values and experiences. They also went over what they are looking for (job description) and also talked about aspects of the job such as hours and days. I passed the phone screening and went on to have an interview with the Facility Manager at Davita for the facility I applied to two days later. The overall process was quick and went smoothly.
