2nd: they send an email offering the opportunity. Choose the nearest clinic.
3rd: A recruiter phone interview going through your resume and asking about how you will behave if... What would you do if... They also make sure you understand the job description and the physical and mental effort this job requires.
4th: Panel interview

Question 1
Most of the questions are directed to see how you will behave in worst case scenario because is a under pressure job. Be aware of your body language and watch a lot of YouTube videos including DaVita's videos available.

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Entretien
Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

General. Describe yourself, how have I dealt with difficulty situation, desired pay, work hours…
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
