I was submitted as a referral and applied for the position online. Davita was quick to respond -first asking me to take the online assessment and then scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview was about 15 minutes long and the recruiter was engaging. She told me to follow up with her a week later (a day after she spoke with the Regional Director). However, when I followed up, I was told they were proceeding with other candidates.

Straight forward interview process that matched what recruiter and website show. Recruiter, manager, team interview then senior manager/VP as regionally aligned. All done remotely over zoom, process takes 1-2 weeks depending on availability

First a Recruiter screen, then a hiring manager screen, then following that you have a panel screen. Onboarding process seems supportive with lots of resources available for you to utilize.

Entretien
The interview was conducted over MS Teams. There was a prescreening with an Executive Recruiter, then another interview with the Regional Director. It was an easy conversation and flowed naturally.
