Applied online, within a week got an email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went well, and a panel interview was set up. The panel interview consisted of 4 managers. Was told during the phone interview that the face to face panel interview would be mainly behavioral questions, however, during panel interview I was grilled about my resume and why I wanted the job because of the experience I already had; no behavioral questions were asked.

Easy. Quick phone call then in person was 30 minutes. Got a tour of the facility and discussed pay which was a little low for job responsibilities. Benefits described sounded pretty great.

Took about 1 week to schedule the interview, then was interviewed in an in-person panel. Questions were fairly simple. They were a little late to interview me, but understandable since they are a busy practice. +
There was an initial phone screening interview with a recruiter. The interview was fairly easy and just covered the job description, going over qualifications that align with the job requirements. Answer any questions you have regarding the company or the process of the hiring process.
