After I applied, I received an email about a week later from HR to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was 20-30mins, then, if they like you, you get moved to the in person interview. Afterwards they give you a call if they want to give you an offer.

What would you do if you got an offer from somewhere you didn’t think you get an offer from, and you were already working here?
What would you do if you find out that dialysis wasn’t for you?
Since we have primarily Latin and Asian patients how will you communicate with them if you don’t speak their language?How would you manage a technician who has had over 30 years of experience, they know you’re new, and they say things like “how can you tell me what to do if I’ve been working for 30 years already”?
If we were to call your superiors what would they say about you?

Applied online and got an interview invitation 2 weeks later. Scheduled a phone interview and just need to wait for the phone call on the day of the interview. Did a self introduction and recruiter asked about schedule availability and commuting time.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
