Very thorough, multiple phone interviews, multiple onsite interviews - both individual and panel. I was given an office for the day so I could "work" in between interviews, which was odd. I had dedicated the entire day to the interviews, so I ended up doing more interview prep while I waited.

I applied online and submitted my resume. I then received a link to a screening test. Then I had phone screen with recruiter. I then had a phone interview with a regional supervisor.
