Applied through the website, did a phone interview, then had a phone call to set up a panel interview to meet with one panel of other FA from other clinics, and another panel with the human resources, ROD and another upper level person. Was about 2hour worth of panel interviews.

1. Assessment Via computer, 2. Phone Interview 3 Facility Interview I will be doing my shadowing this week. Very easy clear cut and straight to the point. I hope I get an offer after my shadowing
