Extensive interview process. First interview was with the recruiter on the phone. Next phone interview with the hiring director. Then 1 on 1 face to face interview with the director. Phone interview with group manager. Next face to face with 2 other Program Managers. HR Manager phone interview and another Director interview. A month long interview process from completion of application to offer.

initial phone interview was great. After it was done they said they'd contact me in a few days... 1 month later i get an invite for an interview giving me only 1 option for day and time. I take off work early for the interview. right at the start they tell me that the job I initially interviewed for was filled and this is for a completely different job... Did the whole bait and switch. I go along anyways and it's like the interviewers already had their mind set on no. Super weird and a waste of my time. Almost stopped the interview because it was so weird.

Phone screening by Recruiter followed by Hiring Manager 1:1 conversation by phone and in-person interview with 2 executives, then a panel interview with 5 other managers of equivalent rank, and 1 formality interview with the Division VP
