DVP approached me to discuss future employment plans. We discussed worked up a deal for movement that would help me with continuing to grow with DaVita. Process entailed face to face discussion followed up with emails and phone calls. Made me feel a part the team before I accepted.

Panel interview with behavioral questions asked by the manager and trainers. Had to prepare and present a powerpoint on a subject of my choice. Waited two weeks before I got a response from them.

panel interview, they usually have prospective peers in the interview with you. although, the leadership is the one who makes the decision, teammates have a voice in it too.
