I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. From there, I was invited to interview for the position I applied. At the end of the interview I was told there was multiple candidates for the position and I would be contacted either way. I was contacted back and advised I did not received the position.

They asked questions about how I would handle specific circumstances if confronted with the circumstance, and how I handled difficult circumstances when I faced them in my prior work experiences.
Great! Straightforward, all responsibilities were discussed in interview . Seen the day to day task with shadowing, met the staff and was told what was expected of me as a PCT.

The interview process was straightforward and was a two-step process. There was an initial interview and a follow-up interview. You work with recruiter through the process and they keep you informed about what's going on with the process.
